Beyond a Helpline is the award winning initiative initially set up between Broadway's Real People and the London Housing Foundation to provide HR support to small homelessness organisations throughout London.
The unmitigated success of the scheme has led to more funding, enabling expansion of the service nationally and to London based agencies who were not able to access the original service.
Subsidised access to the Beyond a Helpline scheme is available to homelessness agencies who have received a grant under the places of change initiative.
Through the scheme Real People HR consultants work with agencies to find practical solutions to staff management needs and issues. Beyond a Helpine allows you to access a holistic and personal HR support service through dedicated account managers with proven tools and track records.
