Learning and Development Manager
As well as managing Broadway's internal staff training programme Charity is a consultant on the Real People Team.
Charity holds a BA (Hons) Degree in History from the University of Portsmouth, Masters Degree in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster and a Certificate in Coaching Skills from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
She has worked in various HR generalist and training and development roles in the voluntary and public sector and specialises in training and development, outplacement support, coaching and mentoring.
Charity is a Member of the CIPD (Chartered MCIPD) and is certified in psychometric testing Level A and Level B. She is also an accredited Workplace Mediator (holding the Mediation Practioner's Certificate) and holds an Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS+).
