Real People Consultant
Karen is the Account Manager for our CLG funded National Beyond a Helpline programme, working in partnership with a whole host of homelessness charities across the nation to raise standards in HR, people management and front line services across the sector.
With a First Class Honours degree in Business and HR Management, Karen has broad experience in applying practical, engaging and business focused people solutions in each of her generalist HR and Learning and Development focused roles. After 10 years experiencing the public and wider charitable sectors, media, insurance and sales organisations, Karen is focused on driving forward Broadway’s Real People’s aim to support and empower organisations to get optimum results for and from their staff, customers and clients.
Karen facilitates an 'HR Expert' session on the Leading Places of Change course and delivers our management development programme, bespoke competency framework development sessions and our wide range of open training courses.
Karen is a Member of the CIPD (Chartered MCIPD).
