Head of HR and Consultancy Services
Sarah worked as Broadway’s HR Manager and a Real People consultant for two years before being appointed to the new role of Head of HR and Consultancy Services in January 2010.
Prior to working at Broadway Sarah worked for a large voluntary sector umbrella body and has committed herself to a career in the voluntary sector. Due to her experience she has gained a great overview of the issues faced by a broad range of voluntary sector organisations.
Sarah is a Senior Consultant in Real People and has extensive experience of a wide range of HR work, including: employee relations, restructuring, TUPE, business planning and strategy, employee engagement and pay and reward.
She is certified in psychometric testing (Level A and Level B) as well as being an accredited Workplace Mediator (holding the Mediation Practioner's Certificate).
