HR Director of the Year
In 2008 Helen Giles was named HR Director of the Year. This was awarded by the magazine Personnel Today and was judged by last year's winner. Helen won the award from a shortlist of five.
Best Small HR Team to Work for
In 2008 Broadway's HR Department, including the Real People Team, came first in the Best Small HR Team category of Personnel Today's Best Places to Work in HR Awards.
Beyond a Helpline; Best Charity Partnership
In 2008 Broadway's Real People received the Best Charity Partnership Award from Third Sector. The award was for Beyond a Helpline, a service set up in conjunction with the London Housing Foundation to provide HR support and advice to homelessness charities across London.

Consolidating on success in 2007 Broadway was again awarded 2 stars in the 2008 Best Companies Awards.
