HR Excellence Awards 2009
Broadway's 'groundbreaking initiative' Real People was named the Best Third Sector HR Strategy in 2009. At the same ceremony our Beyond a Helpline service was awarded the Best HR Strategy in an Organisation of fewer than 250 Employees.
Housing Heroes 2009 - HR Team of the Year
In June 2009 the Broadway HR Department, within which the Real People team work, was named HR Team of the Year at Inside Housing's Housing Heroes Awards.
