We are a team of professional HR people that provide HR consultancy services to small and medium sized organisations within the charity sector and beyond.
We understand that, when you have little or no internal HR resource, it can be tough to keep up with the changes in employment law and make sure that you are doing the right thing when it comes to your most valuable asset – your staff. For years we have been supporting, inspiring and challenging organisations (including our own host organisation Broadway) enabling their managers to confidently and effectively engage, inspire and lead their people.
We already work with a wide range of organisations of various sizes, sectors and regions, through retained and ‘pay as you go’ arrangements or on a project basis. We focuson your needs not our solutions and don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. If we provide a tailored set of HR policies they are truly tailored to fit with your culture, values and approach to managing people.
Our aim is to give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to take on any people management challenges that come your way, ensuring that you do not need to depend on us and can allocate your financial resources elsewhere in the long term.
