Mediation

Mediation is the art of resolving a dispute by facilitating the parties to come to their own solution.

It is an increasingly popular and effective method of dispute resolution in the workplace, requiring a specific skill set, structure, and timetable. Given the huge impact that good mediation can have on working relationships, it goes without saying that getting it wrong can be disastrous leading to irrevocably damaged relations.

On our Successful Mediation training course, our trained mediators guide managers through the process of mediation from start to finish, inspiring their confidence to mediate both formally and informally and passing on the knowledge and skills to ensure they cultivate effective working relationships back at the office.
