Effective HR Administration is increasingly important in the current litigious environment within which we are all operating. Having sound administrative practices for personnel issues is vital to ensure that smooth running of any organisation.

The Real People Effective HR Administrator workshop offers an introduction to the main issues faced by those who have responsibility for HR administration. Whilst it is designed for those with little or no knowledge of the HR function, or for those employees from other disciplines who find themselves taking on HR responsibilities, it will also serve as a useful update for those who have some experience in the field.

Elements covered by the course are employment law, recruitment, employment terms and documents, maternity, paternity and adoption responsibilities and monitoring attendance. Delegates will be able to discuss the learning in the context of existing issues and practices and will be able to produce basic management information.
