Service Options

At its more basic level our HR advisory and support service is responsive, pragmatic and thorough – whether you choose to contact us by phone or email.

Our aim is to meet your needs and so our three core cost options are flexible to enable us to find something that is affordable and practical for the services that you need:

  • Option 1: Pay as You Go

This option helps you to access support on a day to day basis for a flat rate.

  • Option 2: Pre-Pay Retained HR Services

Core:
Where your needs are for long term support you can pre purchase a set number of retained support for remote and on-site employee relations advice and guidance, help with general policy implementation and even letter vetting and writing.

Premium:
In addition to our core employee relations and general HR retainer package you can purchase our premium support package.  Designed for our customers that have done the groundwork already and have the basics in place, the additional package will provide you with more strategically focused HR support, developing HR strategies, values and organisational culture, help with your management committee or board development.

  • Option 3: Bespoke Project Work or Training

Should you have your day to day HR needs covered but need some external support, for a management training programme, a one off investigation, development of a new policy/system or if you need someone to facilitate a management/Board away day, the third option is for you.

Optional Extras:
And of course, for our customers operating in the social/charity sector any of our packages also give you access to our support for service delivery related policies, procedures and advice.  So if you need help with quality audits, safeguarding, client involvement or any other service related issues please let us know.
