Julie has a 2:1 BA degree in Film and English Studies from the University of East and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University. She has worked in various HR roles in the public and private sector.

Julie is responsible for running test centres and recruiting internally at Broadway. She has experience of recruiting and on-boarding staff for newly commissioned projects. Julie is an advisor on recruitment for Real People.

Julie is a Graduate member of the CIPD and Certified in psychometric testing (Levels A& B).
