Kate works within Broadway's internal Training and Development team and works alongside both the Real People and Real Skills teams. Kate co-ordinates Broadway’s learning and development activities and Broadway’s volunteer programme.

As part of Broadway’s consultancy services Kate is the internal verifier for the Engage to Change programme as well as delivering training for external organsiations.

Kate is committed to a career in the third sector and has worked and volunteered with a number of charitable organisations. Kate has a First Class Honours degree in English and History, an MA in Postcolonial Literary and Cultural Studies and Postgraduate Diploma in Activism and Social Change from the University of Leeds.
