Neha is a graduate in Psychology from Royal Holloway University. She holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Analysis (which she passed with a Distinction) from King’s College London.

She has worked in various HR roles in the public sector and is a Graduate Member of the CIPD.

Neha is certified in psychometric testing (Level A and Level B) as well as being an accredited Workplace Mediator (holding the Mediation Practioner's Certificate).
