Broadway’s Real People is part of Real Enterprises, the registered social enterprise arm of Broadway Homelessness and Support.
Real People are proud to be one of Broadway’s social enterprises with 100% of our profits being donated back into services for homeless people.
Like Broadway, our social enterprises are renowned for the quality of the people and HR practices and, as with all organisations, it’s our people that make the difference. Our highly qualified, award-winning team of HR professionals work to empower managers from other organisations to get the best from their staff.
Each of our staff are active HR practitioners rather than simply consultants, so they’re still in touch with the day to day implementation issues and understand real issues with real people in the workplace.
All this means that our advice and support is practical and very cost effective because we get the results.
